This project was enjoyable and difficult at the same time. The purpose of the project was to collaborate successfully with a group and learn to work together. The reason it was fun was because I worked with a very smart, talented, friendly group of women. The reason it was hard was because I am a person who likes to be in control and sometimes I feel that the only person I can depend on is myself. This project made me rely and trust on other people to get their work done. I had to do this not by just hoping it happened, but gracefully being involved in their part of the project without micromanaging them. It was a challenge for me, but I learned the value of teamwork.
