  For this course I wrote a four page paper on the problem of illegal immigration and border control.

 Reflection

 This paper was a hard one to write.  The subject matter of illegal immigration is extremely controversial, and while I sometimes hesitate to choose sides in such debates, the statistics and articles I found on the subject were alarming.  I personally think that diversity is a positive thing.  I embrace other cultures and religions and ways of thinking.  I respect individual rights and beliefs, but to me the subject of illegal immigration is not about diversity, but the cost of having open borders.  I believe tightening border control would strengthen the economy.
